" I was surprised to realize that I would receive so much more than I was giving through my volunteer role. This work has helped me understand the value of looking at each day as a precious gift and I have learned so much about myself through this experience. It has also been a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded people and to gain a network of support from others who understand that dying is a part of living"
